We offer Economy Shipping which takes 5-8 days after processing to arrive to it's destination. Processing time on non-custom orders take approximately 3-5 days.

For quicker delivery, we also offer Standard Shipping which you may expect to arrive within 3-4 days from the day it is shipped.

Customized orders may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to be shipped out, depending on the time of year. If this is an item you are expecting to arrive on time for the holiday season, you will be given clear expectations if it will arrive on time and we will try our best to ensure you receive your item by the time you need if you have a special request.

We gladly offer returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date, for items returned unworn in its original condition. There are no returns or refunds on customized items or sale items, these items are Final Sale.  If you have a problem with your custom order, please bring it to our attention and we will try our best to correct the issue if there was an error on our part. 

In order to request a return/ refund please email us at prettyblessedjewels@gmail.com notifying us that you would like to return or exchange your purchased item. In this email please include your name and order number. We will then provide instructions for where to ship the item to, just note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be returned in the same form of payment originally used to purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return delivery date for your return to processed.
